put in all new rubber. I just went out and they seem easier. I almost think the rubber may have to work in. I tried to loosen the tracks even more and then it was loose and actually was harder. The glass I think is okay because its easy asit goes up. there is just enough space between wing windo to squeze felt out (1/8 inch) I am going to lube it and forget it try it in spring. Now I have to pull out heater to get fire wall pad in . PS i ordered my wipers from roberts only because I wont use it in snow anyway. I do have 2 vacuumn units for sale
