If you are looking for a quiet diesel, you need to look for a Cummins 4 banger CRD, 2004 and newer, and bring $$$. Pre CRD (common rail diesels) sound like....uh...diesels, it's part of the deal, vibrating, shaking and bleeding from the ears is a part of the Dodge experience. Dodge diesel men aren't aloof, we just seem that way because we are deaf....= )
