Yes, there are several ways to assertain if and how much current is being consumed. (Even when everything appears to be shut off.) But I can tell you right now, don't even bother... install a battery disconnect switch. It's easy, cheap and guaranteed to work. Yes, they are a pain to remember to turn off, but if it's installed in a truck that isn't used everyday, you'll find it's no big deal.
