This is almost a standard WD21 133" wheelbase one ton panel van, but note a couple of things....

1. It's 1941 (front sheetmetal) but it's early enough to have the six lug disc wheels normally only seen on 1939 and 1940 one ton trucks.

2. It has military blackout headlights, plus military tow hooks on the front bumper.

I'd guess that if you could see inside it would have a single military plate on the glovebox lid instead of the civilian door jamb plate, and although it is credited to Canadian wartime production the chassis and/or body may be US made and just assembled in Canada (to get round the US war materials regulations as "Lend Lease" hadn't been dreamed up by FDR yet.)
