Has anyone developed a "good" formula for a spray on wax/oil coating to prevent rust on the chassis of a M37 or PW or whatever? I have been experimenting and have tried a LOT of different recipes. Some seem to just run off, others won't spray, etc...I am looking to rust proof my M37 and maybe my Wrangler without driving to Canada to have it done. I am also thoroughly convinced that my garage floor will not rust so I would like it to stick to the truck. I am going to apply whatever I come up with that is oily and then use a heavy spray grease type stuff like Waxoyl. Help me out here please.
