I had the steering column break so I bought the part, but it required a special dealer only tool. I took the column out at home and took it to the tech at the agency so he could install the part with the special tool. The Jeep tech installed the part in about 15 minutes, but they could not figure out how to bill me because it was just a steering column, no vehicle VIN to scan for the computer billing system!!! I took the part home, installed it and brought the Jeep back for them to scan the VIN. Ha!Ha!
