Rare and valuable depends....

Does it have a closed cab or open cab on it?

Does it have a winch frame (big open area between grille and bumper)?

Is the engine there and complete looking? What about the interior?

On the left front frame rail, just ahead of the tire the VIN # should be stamped. Probably should start with an "8". If you can find that and let the experts on this board know, they might be able to tell you more about what it is/was.

More than likely, it's value might be as a parts truck if the parts are in decent shape. If you tryn to restore it, if it needs too much it'll become a money pit, although a glorious one.

Hope this helps, let us know more!
