I've found replacement hubs and brakes for my W-300 on IH trucks as well. They came in both a 5 hole and 6 hole pattern (IH1400 and 1500?) The drums are a bit wider than the Dodge (2"? vs 1 3/4"), but more important, the IH used the same kind of brake actuation as the rear brakes on the W-300 (duo-servo, rather than the PW Lockheed design) The backing plate and hubs mount right on, but I turned the face of the hub dwn a bit to ensure complete engagement of my locking hubs. I did this as part of a conversion from 16" wheels to standard 6 hole budd truck tires at 22.5" I have seen both the high and low spline count setup. The IH axels had a wider track by about 8" I think, so the axel shafts are not interchangeable.
