Your comment on replacing the steel lines as well as the flex lines brings up a couple of questions. First, if someone was to do this, do you buy (if you could find them) preformed lines, or is this a do-it-yourself job with a tubing bender and possibly stainless steel tubing....no more rust? Even if you didn't go with stainless steel tubing could you get around any potential rust risk by going to the synthetic variety of brake fluid (DOT 5 ?) Is the rest of the system compatible with the synthetic fluids? I'm going to do my entire system and would like to do it right and once.
