Congrats Chris. Sounds like you found a good one. Check the "Links" for a plethora of parts sources. NAPA has wheel cylinders 3595left and 3596right (there is a difference)or kit #6. Master cylinder kit is #1 I think. Scholer has complete brake line kits if needed.I've bought master cylinders from VPW and Roberts (both offer interiors) with good results and rebuilt one with a NAPA kit that seems OK. I've rebuilt wheel cylinders with NAPA kits too. When using kits you need to have cores in good shape and clean. Again, check links for your tailgate & gas tank or someone may have one for sale here (mine range from the plastic red type to modified jerry to CJ7, even have an original too).
