I have been to Arlington National two times. I will return again. Like Gettysburg it is most hallowed ground, with many heros burried there. The last time I was there the guard at the Tomb stepped out of the guard house walked, smartly, to the the edge of the ropped off area in front of the crowd gathered and spoke. Something like 'The president has asked that those visiting the Tomb area and the cemetary itself to please remember that this is a barrial ground and your slience is expected.' It was very quiet after that.

The cemetary is a very awsome sight and should be visited if possible.
