Once it gets so full that there's no room to move around, you need to get rid of some old parts and old projects to make room for your latest PW. The browser does something similar with its cache. On Mozilla firefox you can make the cache bigger by going to Tools|Options|Privacy|Cache. I don't know how you do it on microsoft IE. This will make it take longer before you're brown links revert to blue. If you click the "clear" button on that screen, it will dump the whole cache and all your links will go back to blue. This is entirely separate from cookies.
BTW, where are you at in N Idaho? I too have noticed there are no PWs up here, but I know of 3 unrestored M37s in the area besides mine that are still being driven regularly.
