I'm sure that you know this* already, but when tightening the nut, be sure to get it snug, then back off 1/16 turn before locking down the washer. That will prevent overloading the bearing.

*the FSM manual says back off 1/8 turn, some manuals say back off "slightly", but what is slightly? 1/8 is usually too much and requires going back in there to re-tighten.
