Not sure what you mean by "this one". A "brownie box" is a generic auxiliary gearbox that can be adapted to pretty much any truck if you make custom drivelines. I've never owned one but quite a few old work trucks had them. To my knowledge it's a 2-speed box, so whether you get an overdrive or an underdrive depends on which way you put it in, but you can't get both. I could be wrong on that though. If the one you're looking at is billed as being for a PW, then presumably that's what it came off of and he has the correct drivelines to match, which would NOT be the same for a PW and an M37.
