Master cylinder relief port diameter?

Does anybody know the diameter of the small relief port in the master cylinder? The larger port appears to be 5/32 and goes all the way through at that diameter. The smaller port is drilled part way through at a large diameter, but the last bit is very small. Mine is clogged, but I want to be sure not to drill it out too big. It looks to me like a 1/16 drill would be quite a bit larger than the hole. I can't get my smallest torch tip cleaner through it, but that's no doubt because it's clogged. How big is that small hole supposed to be?
