I have been using the Prodigy for 3 years now and have no complaints. It is a very good uniot, has the manual over ride, and I agree with Norm It is an essential feature. It has alot of electronic wizardry and will tell you if there is a short in your line, if you dont have a connection etc. There is an LED readout of the applied voltage to your brakes. It fits into a mount. I have mounts in both of my modern trucks as well as one in the Power Wagon so I can slip it into whatever truck I want easily.
