I have my insurance with Farmers Insurance. Some will remember when I posted about blowing a right rear tire on my 2000 Dakota at 70mph with an empty car trailer connected. We rolled 1 1/4 times and the truck was totaled by the insurance co. This happened in Pocatello (Southern Idaho). I bought a new '03 2500 Ram and life went on. Imagine my surprise when I saw a Dakota, same color and same special aluminum wheels on it driving around Sandpoint (Northern Idaho), where I live. I followed the person and found they had bought it from a private party in Spokane, Wa. He actually found a bank deposit receipt with my name on it in the truck. I asked him if he knew it had been rolled and totaled before he bought it. He said "No, but that might explain why it always pulls to the right going down the road". Duh. Anyway, I guess State Farm isn't the only company that does this. JH
