Are you sure that EBAY suspended your account ?
I get a lot of suspension notices from a Phoney EBay wanting my pass word and to create a new one. Its all a scam ! The Phoney suspension notice looks just like the real Ebay stuff. I dont respond to any of it, and my Ebay account is very active, not a problem.
