WE operate a 2003 Dodge 2500 pickup as an EMS Supervisor's Vehicle. This unit idles for hours on end (accidents, etc). Went thru 4 pumps in about 65, 000 miles. Chrysler now has a retrofit that mounts in the fuel tank. As noted in the previous post, idling shakes these pumps apart when mounted on the engine.
