It seems it is aimed at females. I took one on a test run and the thickness of the steering wheel is much smaller than the old warhorse I drove up to the dealer in. My fingers cup completely around the skinny little thing and touch the heel of my hand. It just has "cute" stamped all over it. If that's what you want, go for it.
