...use the SAME axles that Dodge, ferd and gm use. Dana has had serious quality control issues as they try to cut costs. ALL manufacturers have recieved poor quality axles.
Jeeps had quality control issues in the mid 70's to the early 90's because AMC used a high percentage of gm and ferd parts. After the purchase of AMC in 1988, the parts were changed over to Chrysler parts, the quality has been greatly improved, some of the highest ratings in the D/C line-up, as measured by JD Powers. The newer Jeeps are second to none in quality and reliability.
