Bruce;
You need to get the CPL (Control Parts List) number off the data plate on the Cummins. The CPL number tells everything about the engine. Without the CPL your blind. Cummins Northeast told me "Never buy a Cummins without a Data Plate showing the CPL #" , it will be difficult to get the right parts for it.

The oil pan has to be modified to clear the front Differential. Either you can cut the bottom off, usually at a line through the oil pan heater port or notch it as I do. I put a 3.500 x 3.500 inch notch. Did it on the Carryall and the M37. Without an oil pan mod, I am sure you will reshape the oil pan if you bottom out the front hard on a bump/dip etc. Dont know about clearence on other than stock axles/differentials

Here is the link for the EBrake Caliper. When I bought a few from them 2 years ago, they were almost 1/2 of todays price. They also have a nice EBrake Ratchet handle. I made my Ebrake Rotor disk out of .375" stock, trued on a lathe.

This is a good company to deal with, very friendly.
