Split headers (for sound ) a 4 barrel manifold with a holley 390 turned sideways ,to balance out the runner length. It works great.
I have a fully computerized and injected 318 from a 96 Dodge 1500. 24000 miles and it seems to run fine. If you wanted to swap I bet you have enough parts lying around that would fit my Carryall that I would be willing to swap you straight across. I am talking a complete running motor with the brain and everything.
