Take a good look and you will find that very few vehicles were dipped for painting. So if you get your truck dipped for rust and phosphorised after the truck is better protected than when you started. After spraying it at home it will be better protected than when at the factory.
I usualy poor a quart of paint into the inside of my doors and slosh it around. there are lots of other tricks that will get paint in those hard to reach areas on your PW.
