The lawsuit between Chrysler and gm over the Jeep/Hummer 7 slot grill, resulted in the break-up of the New Venture Transmission Company, which was a joint venture between Chrysler (New Process) and gm (Muncie/Allison). It's too bad because the Dodge was slated to get the Allison in 2005.
