However, if you investigate farther you will find that the body and frame are basically Dodge, the running gear is most likely India made and they used the dodge 5 lug pattern due to the access to manufacture under license from Dodge. India has always had strict laws regarding limited import of products. Thus they license design from outside countries and they do all the manufacturing them selves, I have also seen this with movie theatre equipment, India makes and sells identical design equipment licensed from american companies yet there are some striking design changes and some India parts are not interchangable with the US equivelent.
