I would work with the insurance company on agreed coverage.
However they'll cover it for whatever you state as long as you pay the premium.
HOWEVER ---
When it comes claim time thats when things could get sticky on value.
I would work with the insurance company for their advice instead of ours.
Just my opionion ---
