Seems to stick just fine if you only give the POR15 a couple hours drying time.

I had brush painted about a 1/4 of the frame over the previous week or so... so this portion was dry and I hit that lightly with some sand paper to take off the shine.

I tried an un-scientific scratch test with a screwdriver on both sections last night and the adhesion seemed fine.

Others have noted issues after a year or two, so I may be in for trouble down the road.

Wish I had simply shot the frame with Red Oxide at this point... would have been quicker and less expensive, plus I wouldn't be worrying about a paint time bomb.
