The photo classifieds is a good place to judge the value of a finished truck. The cost to restore is a can of worms with a lot of variables. If you do the work yorself, frame off restoration, going through every nut and bolt, and on and on. Sheetmetal condition is the big one and if you have a straight bed and rear fenders you'd better jump on it. Sorry to be so vague but there are just to many ways and extremes that can be taken.
