I am running the stock M37 radiator with a 500cid Cadillac. It wants to run hot at highway speeds, but is fine at slow speeds. AAA is right on target - you must shroud the radiator well - I need to work on some leaks in mine.

First, make sure the radiator is clean by having a radiator shop boil it out and check its flow, etc. You will have better results with the engine driven fan than with electic pushers, and there are many upgraded fans available for your 350. Removing the side panels to your engine compartment will help vent the under-hood heat from the engine compartment.
