It cranks fast at any temperature. But below this trigger temperature, the engine shows no life....no attempts to fire at all.
go one or two degrees warmer, it cranks the same and fires up almost immediately.
It used to start at any temp, as low as 15 below in my experience, even though the cranking rate was much slower.
