There were/are white folk on their roofs in MS, LA, & AL, and more buried under em. I really don't think color is the issue, but politics probably are. And IMHO, the blame should go all the way to the top. Like the man said, the Buck Stops Here, but someone was on vacation and didn't want to be bothered. Ooops, sorry, didn't want to start with the politics. I'm sorry.

Give the money to the Salvation Army. More of it will go to the people that need it, and they don't ask for it back. See what happens if your house catches fire and they come and help. I guess that's why the Red Cross's management makes the big bucks.
