Some of the carbs had a hard black spacer with a gasket above and below to prevent icing of the carb. VPWs new catalog shows the gasket sets. I will check the catalog or an orgiginal parts book if you don't have one to see what was original. Do you have a governor? Check Clint Dixon's info on carbs on the the T-137 site to see which carbs had which type governor if yours is missing.
