I have an '03 2500, HO, 48RE, 4x4 w/4.10's. I wanted the 4.10 ratio because I went the larger tire route to 315 70 R17, effectively reducing my ratio to around 3.73. It seemed to lose a bit of power until I had the speedo/computer reset to the new tire size. I have never checked my mileage with this combination.
I concur with Paul. I'm glad I bought it.
