Hello, Turkey. Finally, another 2005 POWER WAGON owner! Where are you located? What other POWER WAGON trucks do you have?

What's your PW sequential serial number? Mine is 255 which seems to be high considering I ordered mine last September. Does your window sticker say yours was built especially for you by name? Picture(s)?

I took delivery Feb 28. The truck has 16218 miles on it. It has been through 25 states going to rallies in Georgia, California, Iowa, and Massachusetts. I've missed rallies at Idaho (Nevada) and Texas. Were you at these (since I know you weren't at the ones I attended)? Will you be coming to Pat and Wanda's or the Mid-Atlantic? It would be nice to have another 2005 POWER WAGON to compare performance.

As I see it, the electric lockers are realy only useful in the most extreme situations such as climbing over logs or walking up rock ledges. I can't imagine you running these obstacles at high speed, but it would be fun to watch. The only other use where lockers are needed at high speed would be for mud bogging. Otherwise you should get through okay with the standard limited slip rear differential by keeping up the momentum. I find that having everything locked up makes steering a whole other adventure.

It seems that, for a lot less money, you could have bought a Ram 2500 and added ARB Air Lockers which you can control and use in high range.
