I actually saved that story when you posted it for Dan.
I knew even then that my dog had lost a step or two, but figured it was just old age...
Thanks for the thought. I've always felt that if there is a heaven for us humans, it wouldn't really be heaven without our dogs.

I think working on the truck keeps my mind off the inevitable... but it is good to have some time to prepair.
