I wish my Transfer case looked a good as yours. Mine was re-built by the government in 70, and only needs fresh seals, but I need a three arm seal puller to do the job. Also I'm not sure what they painted it with but man it's thick, tough and OD.

Did you install steering cone flange roller bearing top and bottom rather than the bushing on top?

I also added the 2" blocks, but both front and rear, and not for the weight of the diesel, but for keeping clearance with the 39.5" tires. I will build a new steering pivot link mount to lower it to reduce any bump steer from the 2" lift.

I like the centered rear axle, look great. You are preparing to test your engine, and I hope to get mine assembled (and painted?) be the end of next weekend.

I did get the one front knuckle back together today, just need the parts to do the other, then the the front brakes.
