easy drill the rivets out and rerivet it. Only caution I forsaw was making sure which end was which so I marked my old one and used it to reinstall the other or you will have to flip flop your hood hinge ends. Also you will need to try and salvage/keep the long wire that holds the 2 hinges together. Not fun getting it out but can be done with alot of kroil some heat and patience. Probably find some kind of wire to use instead but I don't think a clothes hanger will work for replacement.
