LU-4 Winch M37 Whats is a fair price to sell a complete set

Was wondering if you all that know M37's could give me your opinion on a fair price for me the seller to charge a buyer for a complete M37 winch setup, which would include the LU-4 winch (working), winch bumpers ( not too bent, pretty strait), the winch drive shaft, and the pto. Basically, the whole setup in overall good used condition. I am not looking to rake anyone over the coals. Just a faair selling price to gove someone a fair purchase price.
