Hey Norm Again

I just picked up a '65 W100 shortbed with a Poly 318.
It is stamped "A 318 -3--2" on block. The valve cover says "318 cu.in. 200 hp". Old Calif Forest Service truck. What is this?
The truck has Dana 60 rear and Np435D3 trans. Thanks for your input.
