If I'm not mistaken, Paul sent my old GM bellhousing to Roger at FordCummins to use as a prototype for an adapter without the twist that he wants to make for his new ChevyCummins setup...

Meanwhile, I'll mention that I really like the ZF transmission that I am using behind my 4BT with one of Roger's adapters. Use the 6BT flywheel and starter with Roger's adapter to mate up the Ford specification transmission. Uses Mercon for lube (very innexpensive) and places the starter on the passenger side. Has a SAE standard six bolt PTO port on both sides.

I like the NV4500, but the ZF combination was a bit less expensive for me to source, and I liked having the starter on the passenger side...

The info concerning the IH parts has me very interested as well....
