If I remember right, somebody in MV Magazine has been advertising a bunch of Israeli depot-rebuilt T214s in crates. You might find out who that is, and see if they can point you to where they got them and maybe there's some surplus outfit in Israel that still has some in stock. It's gotta be cheaper to ship from Israel to Russia than from Wyoming.
