Hi all,
For those who recall my fight with State Farm from my 2/4/05 accident, THEY FINALLY SENT A CHECK.
It took 6 months, my pushing them with the truth, a guilty plea by their insured's driver, and one fax by my AIM Lawyer.
Now some of this may go to fix the mechanical problem.
Some of the body work I will do myself.
Just wanted to let everyone know that sometimes the truth wins out.
