"scalloped" valve covers? if so then it is a poly 318. Headers will be very spendy unless you can make them yourself. 65 and 66 engine would be a poly 318 and if I remember correctly per MN some leftover poly's were used in early 67
PS..My 318 poly pictured with headers over 300HP with the 57 fury cam I'm going to go through a few axles shafts I just know it haha
