Dic Brake Conv. question

OK, I'm now at the point of installing the Disc Brake set on the M, and have a question. I started on the rears, as I expected they would be easer.

What is the best method of getting the ole drum brake back plate rivits out?

I ground the head off of one, and it won't budge when I hit it with a hammer and punch.
