A few more interior cab light question?

Is there an easy way to get the chrome bezel off? It looks like it might snap off. Or will this break it?

How in the world was a light bulb changed if it went out without destroying the cardboard headliner.

Is the switch seperate? I thought I saw pictures of the later ones where the switch was part of the lite, like on a sweptline truck.
