Used truck tires should be dismounted and
inspected by a professional truck tire person for:
section repairs, boots, run low damage, flap and tube condition, etc.
probably 5 to 20 % will be in the NFG catagory depending upon what they were used for when in service with scrap still about $100 / ton part of the cost could be offset by the scrap 8 lug wheels
this would be cheaper to the buyer than paying freight on a 28kg wheel
and $85 to $100 or so for a 9.00x16 goodyear NDT with tube and flap could still be a good investment for those wanting an original looking tire
