Thanks for the input Norm. I think its sorta cool how Dodge kept the NP205 thru 1993! Ford's last year was 1979, Most Chevy pickups stopped using them in 87, and Chevy quit for good in 1991, and there kept on Dodge! I love them NP205's, tho they can be sorta stubborn to shift at times. Normally when I get any truck with a chain drive transfer case, I run it till it goes, then find a 205 for it. Gotta love those old straight axle leaf sprung lockout hub trucks with NP205s. I hope to keep running one as long as I can. I hate the thoughts of selling the Diesel, but I dont need both trucks, so it should go.
