Ebay PW with "Rare" options

Well, here we go again. Look at Ebay item 4564359473. Lots of "Rare" options on this nice "original" 1950 PW.
Read this description, then play the game you see in the newspaper puzzle section called "how many things can you find wrong with this picture"
I guess there are plenty of gullible buyers out there. not that the truck is not very nice, but "rare options/original" Give me a break.
