Look at the end of link(clean all the greese off) there is a retaining clip remove it. I made a wide screwdriver from an old piece of metal to fit the slots in the threadded plug in the end. Back it out. there is the plug, a spring, and another plug that is cupped to fit the ball. when it is loosened, it will go right in. tighten up so as it will not fall out,no play. reinstall clip. Done
